1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TITANORDA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use TITANORDA platform for personal or commercial use according to your subscription plan. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials or software
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscription and Payment

TITANORDA is a free and open digital platform. It does not require any subscription or payment to access its services. All features are provided without cost, and users are free to use the platform without financial obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TITANORDA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

All valuation reports, data, and insights generated through the platform remain the property of the user who generated them, subject to TITANORDA retaining the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TITANORDA valuations are estimates based on available data and AI algorithms. They should not be considered as professional appraisals or guarantees of actual market value. Users are responsible for verifying information and should not rely solely on platform valuations for financial decisions.

In no event shall TITANORDA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the platform and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to delete your account.

11. Open Platform

TITANORDA is a free and open digital platform. It is not subject to the laws of any government or authority. The platform operates independently, and its use is provided without legal jurisdiction or regulatory compliance. Users are free to use the platform without restrictions from any governing law.

12. Valuation Reference

Important Notice: TITANORDA is not an officially licensed authority. The platform provides estimations for informational purposes only, and users must consult certified institutions or government bodies for legally binding valuations.
